At Looking Glass Salon, we strive to give our clients the best service possible, and we value your time!

We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to all our guests while upholding a balanced and professional approach.
We support our guests in being prompt for their appointments by sending reminders through email, text messages, and phone calls.
In light of this, we would like to ask our guests to value our time as we do theirs and our commitment to providing outstanding service to everyone.
Late arrivals
We understand that life sometimes happens and we will definitely be empathetic and human to the situations that may arise.
In the event that unforeseen circumstances arise, causing you to arrive late for a scheduled appointment, please be aware that we will make every effort, within reason, to accommodate you and your appointment.
However, please keep in mind that timing conflicts may result in some or all of your scheduled services and experiences being modified, reduced, or even rescheduled to assure that subsequent guests receive their appointments promptly and receive the same exceptional level of service LGS provides to all guests.
We will be as accommodating as possible and, if we can, we will work with multiple LGS stylists to take care of your services.
If a stylist is running behind more than 15 minutes because of unforeseen circumstances, a team member will contact you as soon as possible beforehand, if needed.
Cancellations
We understand that life sometimes happens and we will be empathetic and human to the situations that may arise.
Be courteous and reschedule your appointment as soon as possible if needed, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
In the event of any potential conflicts, illness, or other circumstances that may prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment, kindly reschedule at least 24 hours beforehand.
Failure to show up or provide any notice whatsoever will result in 100% of the scheduled retainer.
The owner or Manager will take care of all the retainers and will be in full communication with the guest beforehand.
If the guest or card declines, the retainer will be processed to their card on file, and the retainer will be applied to the client profile to be paid before reserving any future appointments.
Deposits
A 50% deposit will be required for all weddings and chemical processes that cost $350 or more and/or require 4+ hours of time.
All deposits will be taken when the appointment is reserved and applied to services received on the day and time of the appointment.
Extension Consultations are $100 non-refundable retainer that is applied to services received on the day and time of the appointment. The retainer can be applied to future services or retail purchases if not used for extensions.
After hours pricing
At Looking Glass Salon, we understand that our clients have busy schedules, and sometimes it’s not possible to book during our regular business hours. To provide flexibility, we offer after-hours appointments at a special rate.
Why is pricing different after hours?
After-hours pricing reflects the extra convenience and flexibility of booking outside our standard hours, as well as the additional time and resources required for our team to accommodate these requests.
How it works:
After-hours appointments are offered at the stylist’s discretion, using their personal time outside of their regular schedule.
Pricing for after-hours appointments is 1.5× the cost of the reserved services.
We strive to keep our services accessible while ensuring our team is compensated fairly for their time and dedication.
