We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to all our guests while upholding a balanced and professional approach.

We support our guests in being prompt for their appointments by sending reminders through email, text messages, and phone calls.

In light of this, we kindly ask our guests to value our time as we do theirs and our commitment to providing outstanding service to all.

Late arrivals

We understand that life sometimes happens and we will definitely be empathetic and human to the situations that may arise.

In the event that unforeseen circumstances arise, causing you to arrive late for a scheduled appointment, please be aware that we will make every effort, within reason, to accommodate you and your needs.

However, please note that timing conflicts may result in some or all of your scheduled services and experiences to be modified, reduced, or even rescheduled to guarantee that subsequent guests receive their appointments promptly and receive the same exceptional level of service LGS provides to all guests.

We will be as accommodating as possible and will work with multiple LGS stylists to take care of your services, if able.

If a stylist is running behind more than 15 minutes because of unforeseen circumstances a team member will contact you as soon as possible beforehand, if needed.

Cancellations

We understand that life sometimes happens and we will definitely be empathetic and human to the situations that may arise.

Be courteous and reschedule your appointment as soon as possible if needed and we will be as accommodating as we can in rescheduling your appointment so that we can take care of you.

In the event of any potential conflicts, illness, or other circumstances that may prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment, kindly reschedule at least 24 hours beforehand to prevent a Rescheduling Fee equal to $25 to be applied before securing any future reservations.

Failure to show up or provide any notice whatsoever will will result in a Rescheduling Fee equal to $25 to be applied to guest’s account to be paid. Also, will require a 50% deposit for future appointments.

All processing of fees will be taking care of by the owner or Manager and will be in full communication with the guest beforehand.

If the guest declines any fees to be processed to their card on file, the fees will be applied to the client profile to be paid before reserving any future appointments.

Deposits

A 50% deposit will be required for all weddings and chemical processes at and exceeding $350 and or 4+ hours of time.

  • All deposits will be taken when appointment is reserved and applied to services received at the day and time of the appointment.

  • Extension Consultations are $100 non-refundable deposit that is applied to services received at the day and time of the appointment and will be used towards ordering your extension. Deposits can be applied to future services or retail purchases.

After hours pricing

At LGS, we understand that our clients lead busy lives, and sometimes scheduling appointments during regular business hours can be challenging. To accommodate your needs and ensure flexibility, we offer after-hours appointments at slightly adjusted pricing.

Our after-hours pricing is designed to reflect the additional convenience and flexibility provided by these appointments while remaining fair to our team and reasonable for our valued clients. We strive to make our salon services accessible to everyone, and our after-hours pricing aims to balance this commitment with the extra resources required to accommodate appointments outside of our regular operating hours. Pricing is set at 1.5x the reserved services.
