Being a CO-Stylist is a comprehensive hands-on experience that provides training in the areas of technical, guest handling, business building skills, and even personal development. In this program you can move as fast as you want!
It could be 2 weeks or up to 10 weeks, it’s up to your skill level and commitment.
We want to really cater to each stylist individual needs to insure that we progress growth and not hinder it.
Our CO-Stylist work with our dedicated TEAM members to grow into a career minded hairdresser and do one-on-one training.
Being a CO-stylist has four levels and is a performance based level system. Each level has specific skill sets that are the focus of training for that level.
Being a CO-Stylist is an being in an environment for growth, learning, and support.
It's our commitment that every CO-Stylist graduates from our program with a seamless transition from CO-Stylist to a Level 1 Stylist Team with the skills necessary for a successful in our industry with a working clientele.
As the CO-Stylist transitions to The Stylist TEAM, he/she is helping to train the next. We are always on the lookout for potential Associates with passion, eagerness to learn and the willingness to be trained and coached.

We’re on the hunt for passionate, people-loving go-getters to join our Guest Experience Team (G.E.T). This is a pivotal role that ensures every guest’s experience starts and ends with excellence. You’ll be the heart of our salon’s operations, setting the tone for every guest interaction - whether in person, on the phone, or behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do as Part of G.E.T:
Greet guests warmly and create a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients to understand their needs and recommend services or products.
Manage appointments, schedules, and guest interactions efficiently and professionally.
Handle some social media marketing, product promotions, and salon events to keep the energy alive.
Track goals and maintain salon flow, ensuring every guest’s experience feels seamless.
Process sales, maintain inventory, and assist in keeping the salon clean and organized.
Attend and assist with in-salon education events and personal development classes.
What We’re Looking For:

Be apart of our
Guest Experience Team!
Your Experience & Skills:
Previous experience in sales or a customer service-related field (preferably in salons or similar industries).
Strong computer skills and familiarity with platforms like Canva, any social media, and Google Drive.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent phone etiquette and voice
Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities.
