The Associates Academy
Our Associate Academy is a comprehensive hands-on experience that provides training in the areas of technical, guest handling, business building skills, and even personal development. In this program you can move as fast as you want! It could be 2 weeks or up to 10 weeks, its up to your skill level and commitment. We want to really cater to each stylist individual needs to insure that we progress growth and not hinder it.
Our Associates work with our dedicated TEAM members to grow into a career minded hairdresser and do one-on-one training.
Like our TEAM members, our Associate Academy has four levels and is a performance based level system. Each level has specific skill sets that are the focus of training for that level .
The Associate Academy is an environment for growth, learning, and support. It's our commitment that every Associate graduates from our program with a seamless transition from Associate to Level 1 Stylist Team with the skills necessary for success in our industry.
As the Associate transitions to The Stylist TEAM, he/she is helping to train the next. We are always on the lookout for potential Associates with passion, eagerness to learn and the willingness to be trained and coached.
